Shift-Staffed Homes provides residential options for individuals with developmental disabilities in a 24-hour shift-staffed setting. Individuals in our program are able to live and work in the community, while residing in a home that offers the supports they may require to make the most of life's opportunities.

Treatment Resources and Individualized Living Supports is a program of New Directions for Children, Youth, Adults and Families. Both the urban component of TRAILS and our rural Regional Specialized Foster Care (RSFC) component use a clinical case management format to provide treatment foster care, individualized placements and supported independent living for high-needs children and youth.
